Found this Costco Bunk bed at a yard sale for just $20!Turned it around within 2 hours for $200. Sometimes it's best to set an item up when selling it. The lady at the yard sale could have easily made more money if people were able to see what the bed looked like.

These chairs really got me started. Purchased 4 for $90 and sold each for 125. $410 Profit. If I tried to sell them as a set, I would have made less money. I was able to get more for each chair when selling separately I would have kept them but just couldn't get them to fit our design scheme.

This 3 piece couch set was hard to sell for profit. I bought it for $400 and sold for $500.

White Shag Rug: Picked up 2 of these 8x10 white shag rugs for $50 each. I used white yarn to hand sew them together. It was completely un-noticeable because of the shag. As a 16x20 rug, I was able to get $275. $175 profit.
